AN ACT TO EXEMPT WARREN COUNTY FROM THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 1235 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1959 RELATING TO PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND SURVEYS AND RECORDING OF THE SAME.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 3.1 of Chapter 1235 of the Session Laws of 1959 is hereby amended by inserting a comma and the words "Warren, Sampson and Yadkin" in the last line thereof immediately following the word "Lee".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
