AN ACT TO APPOINT MEMBERS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Dalmar Brown is appointed a member of the Orange County Board of Education and he shall serve for a four-year term ending on the first Monday in April, 1965. Charles M. Walker, Jr. and C. W. Stanford are hereby appointed as members of the Orange County Board of Education, and they shall serve for six-year terms expiring on the first Monday in April, 1967. The persons appointed to the board of Education of Orange County by this Act shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
