HOUSE BILL 804

AN ACT RELATING TO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY BY DOGS IN CRAVEN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 67-13 is amended by inserting after the comma following the word "Columbus" and before the word "Currituck" in line 16 the word "Craven".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
