AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 324, SESSION LAWS OF 1955, RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE SHERIFF AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OF WAKE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That Section 1, Chapter 324, Session Laws of 1955, is hereby amended by striking out the figures "$1.50" appearing in line 6 thereof, and substituting therefor the figures "$2.00"; by striking out the figures "$3.00" appearing in line 7 thereof, and substituting therefor the figures "$4.00"; and by striking out the figures "$2.00" appearing in line 10 thereof, and substituting therefor the figures "$3.00".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
