AN ACT TO AMEND H. B. 1001, ENTITLED "A bILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF TOOTHED JAWED SPRING TRAPS ON THE LANDS OF OTHERS IN NEW HANOVER, BRUNSWICK AND PENDER COUNTIES."

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. H. B. 1001 ratified June 11, 1963, which is entitled "A Bill to be entitled an Act to prohibit the use of toothed jawed spring traps on the lands of others in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties", is hereby amended by striking out the word and figure "Two (#2)" where it appears in Section 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the word and figure "One (#1)", and by striking out the words "New Hanover" where they appear in Section 3.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
