AN ACT TO REGULATE THE HUNTING OF FOXES WITH DOGS IN BRUNSWICK COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt foxes with dogs in Brunswick County during the months of April, May, June, July, and August. Provided, however, this Act shall not apply to that part of Brunswick County which lies South of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Sec. 2. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined or imprisoned, or both, in the discretion of the court.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
