AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CONSTABLES FOR THE VARIOUS TOWNSHIPS IN NEW HANOVER COUNTY IN CIVIL MATTERS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of G. S. 162-7, or any other Public or Local Act to the contrary, the constables for the various townships in New Hanover County shall collect the same fees as are now, or may hereafter be, established for the Sheriff of New Hanover County for serving and executing all civil notices, citations, summonses and other process in civil actions or special proceedings.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
