HOUSE BILL 812

AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 158 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, RELATING TO TAX ELECTIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES, SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO WARREN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 158-24 is hereby amended by striking out the word "and" in the last line, changing the period to a comma and adding the words "and Warren."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed,

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
