HOUSE BILL 1000

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-9(52) RELATING TO COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTORS SO AS TO MAKE NEW HANOVER COUNTY SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SAID ACT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-9(52) as the same appears in the 1961 Cumulative Supplement is hereby amended by striking out the words "New Hanover" where they appear in the last line thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
