HOUSE BILL 1121

 

 

AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IN THE TOWN OF FARMVILLE, PITT COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. The compensation of the Mayor and members of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Farmville shall be as follows:

The Mayor shall receive compensation in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month. Such compensation shall be for services performed as Mayor and as Judge of the Recorder's Court. The members of the Town Board of Commissioners shall be paid the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year.

Sec. 2. The compensation heretofore paid to the Mayor and members of the Town Board of Commissioners is hereby in all respects ratified, confirmed and validated.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby ratified.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
