HOUSE BILL 812

AN ACT TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That on and after the first day of July, 1965, each member of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, except the Chairman, shall receive as full compensation for his services the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month, and the Chairman shall receive the sum of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per month, said salaries to be paid from the General Fund of Lee County.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act and particularly Chapter 787 of the Session Laws of 1955 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. That this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after July 1, 1965.
