AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE $32,000.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL AT THE STATE TRAINING SCHOOL FOR GIRLS PROVIDED MATCHING FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the State the sum of thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000.00) to be used in assisting in the construction of a swimming pool at the State Training School for Girls provided a like sum is made available in matching funds for such construction from sources other than State appropriations. If matching funds have not become available by June 30, 1967, this appropriation shall revert to the General Fund.

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
