SENATE BILL 546

AN ACT RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF ANGIER IN HARNETT COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Mayor of the Town of Angier shall be paid a salary of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per annum, and the members of the Town Board of Commissioners of the Town of Angier shall be paid a salary of two hundred forty dollars ($240.00) per annum. Such compensation of the Mayor and members of the Town Board of Commissioners shall be payable on a monthly or such other basis as the governing body of the Town of Angier may direct.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
