HOUSE BILL 1405

AN ACT CONVEYING PROPERTY OWNED BY THE FORMER TOWN OF ENGLEHARD TO THE COUNTY OF HYDE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. There is hereby conveyed to the County of Hyde that real and personal property known as the Englehard Community Building and Library formerly owned and presently located in the former Town of Englehard. The County of Hyde is hereby authorized to hold, operate, maintain, use, and dispose of said property as now authorized by law for other county property.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
