SENATE BILL 287

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 616, SESSION LAWS OF 1957, RELATING TO FEES FOR THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT AND THE CLERK OF THE RECORDER'S COURT OF NEW HANOVER COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 616, Session Laws of 1957, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:

"Warrants of arrest in criminal and bastardy cases including affidavits or complaints, two dollars ($2.00).

Warrants of commitments, one dollar ($1.00).

Taking of bond or recognizance, one dollar ($1.00)."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 24th day of April, 1967.
