HOUSE BILL 460

AN ACT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN DELINQUENT TAXES IN PERSON COUNTY TO THE GENERAL FUND.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. All delinquent taxes due Person County and all penalties and interest assessed on taxes which are delinquent for any period whatsoever, when collected, and on the date of said collection, including accrued costs, shall be paid into the General Fund of Person County.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall apply to Person County only.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
