HOUSE BILL 376

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 289, SESSION LAWS OF 1957, RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS OF THE FRANKLIN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 289, Session Laws of 1957, is hereby amended by deleting the words and figures "ten dollars ($10.00)", in line 6, and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "fifteen dollars ($15.00)".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 1967.
