HOUSE BILL 381

AN ACT INCREASING THE COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF COLUMBUS COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 3 of Chapter 1060 of the 1965 Session Laws is amended by striking from lines 2 and 3 thereof the words and figures "fifteen dollars ($15.00)" and substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures "twenty dollars ($20.00)".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
