AN ACT TO MAKE G. S. 153-6 APPLICABLE TO WATAUGA COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-6, as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes is hereby amended by inserting in the tenth line thereof, immediately after "Transylvania" the following: ", Watauga".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be effective on and after the date of its ratification.
