AN ACT TO PERMIT TERMS OF COURT IN WILSON COUNTY TO BE HELD IN TEMPORARY QUARTERS DURING THE RENOVATION OF THE WILSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Terms of the Superior Court of Wilson County, terms of the General County Court of Wilson County, and terms of such other courts inferior to the Superior Court which might be established in Wilson County may be held in such places as shall be designated by the Board of Commissioners of Wilson County while the Wilson County Courthouse is being remodeled to provide additional courtroom space during the period between the ratification of this Act and the first day of February, 1969.

Sec. 2. This Act shall apply only to Wilson County.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
