SENATE BILL 237

AN ACT TO AMEND GS 153-48.5, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CAMDEN COUNTY TO FIX COMPENSATION OF COUNTY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-48.5 is hereby amended by inserting in line 3, immediately after the word "Caldwell", the word "Camden".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 1967.
