HOUSE BILL 932

AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 6 OF CHAPTER 87 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO WATER WELL CONTRACTORS SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO FRANKLIN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 87-82, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the word "Franklin," in the fifth line thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
