AN ACT TO MAKE THE GENERAL LAWS OF THE STATE RELATING TO FOX HUNTING APPLICABLE TO FRANKLIN AND WARREN COUNTIES.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 742 of the Session Laws of 1957 and Section 2 of Chapter 197 of the Session Laws of 1957 are hereby repealed, it being the intent and purpose of this Act that the general laws of the State relating to fox hunting shall be applicable to Franklin County and Warren County.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
