HOUSE BILL 1232

AN ACT RELATING TO THE STATE ZOOLOGICAL AUTHORITY ADVISORY BOARD.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 143-173 is amended by rewriting the first sentence to read as follows:

"The Board of Directors shall appoint not less than sixty and not more than one hundred persons, who need not be citizens of the State, and such persons shall constitute the Advisory Board to the Board of Directors."

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.
