HOUSE BILL 612

AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE PRACTICE OF PHRENOLOGY, PALMISTRY, FORTUNE-TELLING OR CLAIRVOYANCE IN HENDERSON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 14-401.5 is hereby amended by inserting in the third paragraph thereof, immediately following the word "Haywood" and immediately prior to the work "Hertford", the word "Henderson".

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
