SENATE BILL 353

AN ACT TO REPEAL G.S. 148-52(e) PERTAINING TO POWERS OF STATE BOARD OF CORRECTION AND TRAINING.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 148-52(e) is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 11th day of May, 1973.
