SENATE BILL 849

AN ACT TO PROVIDE THREE ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION REPORTS TO THE NORTH CAROLINA INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 147-45 is hereby amended by deleting the figure "8" as the same appears in line designated as "Industrial Commission" and by substituting in lieu thereof the figure "11".

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
