HOUSE BILL 551

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 265 OF THE 1969 SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA AS AMENDED CONCERNING THE HUNTING OF GAME ANIMALS WITH DOGS IN BEAUFORT COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Chapter 265 of the 1969 Session Laws as amended by Chapter 129 of the 1971 Session Laws is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 5th day of May, 1975.
