HOUSE BILL 1059

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 130-152.2 TO VALIDATE EXTENSIONS OF THE BOUNDARIES OF SANITARY DISTRICTS THROUGH MAY 1, 1971.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 130-152.2, as it appears in the 1974 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3B of the General Statutes, is hereby amended in line 1 by deleting the phrase "May 1, 1959" and inserting in lieu thereof "May 1, 1971".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification and shall not affect pending litigation.
