AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR USE AS A GRANT-IN-AID TO CHEROKEE BOYS' CLUB CHILDREN'S HOME.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  In addition to all other funds appropriated at the 1975 Session of the General Assembly for grants-in-aid to private child-caring institutions, there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the State the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for each fiscal year of the 1975-77 biennium to the North Carolina Department of Human Resources as a grant-in- aid for Cherokee Boys' Club Children's Home.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 26th day of June, 1975.
