SENATE BILL 219
AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE OFFICE OF CORONER IN WAKE COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The office of coroner is hereby abolished in Wake County.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
