HOUSE BILL 1581

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO PROVIDE FOR TWO DEPUTY CLERKS OF COURT FOR CALDWELL COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Administrative Office of the Courts the sum of seventeen thousand nine hundred twenty dollars ($17,920) for the fiscal year 1978-79 to be expended for the salary and clerical equipment for two deputy clerks of court for Caldwell County.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1978.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of June, 1978.
