AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE HUNTING OF DOE DEER IN HYDE COUNTY IN 1982.  

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  It shall be unlawful to hunt, take, or kill or attempt to hunt, take or kill doe deer in Hyde County during the 1982 either-sex deer season, as established by regulations of the Wildlife Resources Commission.

Sec. 2. The provisions in Section 1 shall not apply to special antlerless deer hunts authorized by the Wildlife Resources Commission under the authority of G.S. 113-291.2, or to anterless deer hunts on the Pungo National Wildlife Refuge.

Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
