HOUSE BILL 1667

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE MCDOWELL ARTS AND CRAFTS ASSOCIATION AND OLE MOUNTAIN CHRISTMAS INCORPORATED.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the McDowell Arts and Crafts Association the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for fiscal year 1982-83 as a grant-in-aid. There is no requirement of a local match.

Sec. 2. There is appropriated from the General Fund to Ole Mountain Christmas, Incorporated, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for fiscal year 1982-83 as a grant-in-aid. There is no requirement of a local match.

Sec. 3. These funds shall not become part of the continuation budget. Any unexpended funds at the end of the 1982-83 fiscal year shall not revert to the General Fund.

Sec. 4. This act shall become effective July 1, 1982.
