AN ACT TO EXEMPT LITTER MATERIALS FROM THE SALES TAX.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 105-164.13(2) is amended by inserting the words "litter materials," between the words "medications" and "and" on the first line thereof.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1981.
