HOUSE BILL 660

AN ACT TO PERMIT THE TOWN OF BETHEL TO IMPOSE A TAX ON AUTOMOBILES OF THREE DOLLARS.  

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 20-97 is amended by adding immediately after the words "Town of Garner" the words ", Town of Bethel".

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 4th day of May, 1981.
