HOUSE BILL 843

AN ACT TO REPEAL THE TERMINATION DATE OF CHAPTER 89A OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Section 7 of Chapter 872 of the Session Laws of 1979 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
