CHAPTER 37
AN ACT TO AMEND THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS TO CONFORM WITH G.S. 93B-9.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 90-270.11(a)(1)a. is amended by deleting "21" and inserting in lieu thereof "18".
Sec. 2. G.S. 90-270.11(b)(1)a. is amended by deleting "21" and inserting in lieu thereof "18".
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
