GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 566
AN ACT REGARDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS RECEIVED AND EXPENDED IN PERSON COUNTY BETWEEN JULY 1, 1983 AND JUNE 30, 1985.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Community Development Block Grant funds received and expended in Person County between July 1, 1983 and June 30, 1985, shall be expended pursuant to federal law and regulations only and such expenditure shall not be further limited or prescribed by the laws or regulations of this State.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
