GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 273
AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 96-4(c) reads as rewritten:
"(c) Publication.
The Commission shall cause to be printed for distribution to the public the
text of this Chapter, the Commission's regulations and general rules, its
biennial reports to the Governor, and any other material the Commission
deems relevant and suitable, and shall furnish the same to any person upon
application therefor. All publications printed shall comply with the
requirements of G.S. 143-170.1."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 3rd day of June, 1987.
