GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 411
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 163-128(a) is amended by adding the following at the end:
"The provisions of this section concerning the use of township lines do not apply to Pitt County."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
