GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA
SESSION LAW 2001-161
AN ACT to remove certain property from the corporate limits of the city of wilson.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. The following described property is removed from the corporate limits of the City of Wilson:
BEGINNING at a point in the northern right-of-way of HWY 246A, also a common corner with Bennie L. SECTION 2. This act becomes effective June 30, 2001.
