HOUSE BILL 538

AN ACT to allow THE towns of Badin, CAROLINA BEACH, emerald isle, Fremont, Faison, indian beach, Kings Mountain, KURE BEACH, Shelby AND WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH to adopt ordinances REGULATING GOLF carts.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of S.L. 2006-27 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 1. This act applies to the City of Saluda and the Town of FaisonTowns of Badin, Carolina Beach, Emerald Isle, Fremont, Faison, Indian Beach, Kings Mountain, Kure Beach, Shelby and Wrightsville Beach only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 12^th day of June, 2007.
