A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to prohibit hunting on private property in orange county while under the influence of an impairing substance.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of S.L. 2007‑264 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 5.  Sections 1 through 4 of this act apply to Caswell, Johnston, Orange, and Stanly Counties. Sections 1, 3, and 4 of this act apply to Orange County."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
