AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 1 OF ARTICLE 11 OF CHAPTER 28 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1925 RELATING TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, SO AS TO PLACE SAID CITY UNDER THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA WITH RESPECT TO CONTRACTS ON WHICH ADVERTISEMENTS AND BIDS ARE REQUIRED.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. Section 1 of Article 11 of Chapter 28 of the Private Laws of 1925 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
