1963 SESSION

CHAPTER 101

HOUSE BILL 301

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE TIME OF HEARINGS TO BE HELD BY THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW OF JOHNSTON COUNTY.

WHEREAS, Johnston County is engaged in a revaluation of property for ad valorem tax purposes as of January 1, 1963; and

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 26th day of March 1963.
