HOUSE BILL 330

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE HALIFAX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO TRANSFER TITLE OF A WATER CARRIER TRUCK TO THE SCOTLAND NECK FIRE DEPARTMENT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Halifax County Board of Education is hereby authorized to transfer to the Scotland Neck Fire Department the title of a water carrier truck (IHC truck-Motor No. RED-361B28321; Serial No. 39460) owned by said board.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
