HOUSE BILL 1069

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 66-84 TO INCLUDE SAMPSON COUNTY AMONG THE COUNTIES IN WHICH THE CLOSING-OUT SALES LAW IS APPLICABLE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 66-84 is amended by inserting the word "Sampson", in line 5 thereof, after the word "Robeson" and before the word "Stanly,".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
