HOUSE BILL 1036

AN ACT APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE MAXTON CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE 1963-1965 BIENNIUM.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the Maxton City Board of Education for terms of two (2) years each, and until their successors are appointed and qualified: R. E. Hellekson, J. R. Hester, Carl Gentry, E. B. Stanton, and Mrs. J. D. Hagler.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
