HOUSE BILL 499

AN ACT TO PROVIDE COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BURKE COUNTY FOR A MAXIMUM OF FOUR MEETINGS PER MONTH.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 6 of Chapter 1095 of the Session Laws of 1959 is hereby amended by striking out the word "two", in line 3, and inserting the word "four" in lieu thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.
